How it works

5 Simple Steps Online and/or In Store

1. Register online to become a Quantum Express remitter
   
   
2. Complete the online identification verification process
   You will be asked to provide the following information:
   - Copy of valid government issued ID
   - Copy of your most recent phone bill (only if loading online)
   - Void cheque (only if loading online)
   
   
3. Mail your Quantum Express Global card to your money transfer recipient.
   Once the recipient has received the Quantum Express Global card, and you have notified them of the PIN, you are now able to transfer funds from your bank account to the card.
   
   
4. Load your card online or at a Quantum Express Agent location.
   
   
5. Advise the recipient that the funds have been loaded and are now available to be withdrawn from over 1 million ATM/ABM machines worldwide.
   
   

To reload the Quantum Express Global card with more funds, simply log onto your secure online account and follow the prompts. Or visit one of our Independent Agents and a representative will be pleased to assist you.

Note
Whether registering online or in person, your Quantum Express Global card will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days of registration. Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) will be sent three days following your card.
